We have been players in the food and catering industry for over 20 years and truly understand and know the marketplace we serve. From nutritional consultants to culinary chefs to menu creation to execution, we are the building blocks to ensure your event is what you expect it to be and the team that is pleased to serve you again and again.


Rose Reisman is an award-winning entrepreneur, caterer, author, speaker and media personality – not to mention, a mother of four! As a registered nutritional consultant armed with an MBA, Rose has taken her passion for healthy living and developed it into a multi-faceted enterprise making her one of Canada’s leading authorities on the Art of Eating and Living Well.


After spending 20 years with Pusateri’s Fine Foods as director of catering, Rob Velenik joined Edward Street Market Bistro and Catering in March of 2011. After selling his interest in Edward Street in July 2013, he focused his attention to Bizou Creative Catering. Rob is a knowledgeable food service professional who brings unparalleled event planning experience and culinary design to each client event.


Rob’s expertise and background in specialty foods bring a creative level of food knowledge to his ventures. He has a keen eye for detail and layout, which contributes to the overall success of his events. Rob has executed many large events including the corporate suites for the Grand Prix of Toronto and the gala for Canada’s Walk of Fame.


Marcia, a Cordon Bleu Chef, former sous chef at Pusateri’s and 2015 winner of The Food Network’s Chopped Canada, has joined our team as Executive Chef. She has expanded our menu with current food trends, updated our corporate menu, boxed lunches, snack offerings, event catering and added specials of the week.


The saying, “We’re only as good as our last meal” is so true when it comes to our food. Marcia works tirelessly to ensure the utmost quality of our food and service. Nothing leaves our kitchen until our Executive Chef has carefully gone over it.
