She began by self-publishing a general cookbook in 1988, but in 1993, she realized that the need to change her own lifestyle was definitely part of something much bigger. Her hunch hit the mark. Her 1993 cookbook, Rose Reisman Brings Home Light Cooking sold over 400,000 copies. Over the last few years, Rose Reisman has extended her health and wellness principles into a multitude of various businesses.


After spending 20 years with Pusateri’s Fine Foods as director of catering, Rob Velenik joined Edward Street Market Bistro and Catering in March of 2011. After selling his interest in Edward Street in July 2013, he focused his attention to Bizou Creative Catering. Rob is a knowledgeable food service professional who brings unparalleled event planning experience and culinary design to each client event. Rob’s expertise and background in specialty foods bring a creative level of food knowledge to his ventures. He has a keen eye for detail and layout, which contributes to the overall success of his events. Rob has executed many large events including the corporate suites for the Grand Prix of Toronto and the gala for Canada’s Walk of Fame.
