Telephone Ordering
Orders can be made directly to an Account
Manager via telephone at 416.467.7758. Should
you contact us after business hours, an Account
Manager will return your call to confi rm your
order the next business day.
Minimum order
$85 before applicable taxes.
Delivery charges
For orders within the Greater Toronto Area $15.
Orders outside the GTA may be subject to
additional delivery charges.
Ordering Policy
To guarantee delivery of your order,
please place order prior to 3:30 pm
on the preceding business day.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled with minimum
24 hours notice, otherwise orders are
subject to 100% charge. Upon cancellation
you will receive a cancellation number
for your records.
Service
Menu items are delivered in our refrigerated
vehicles, on disposable platters with
disposable serving utensils, paper plates,
napkins and plastic cutlery.
Alternative Service Options:
COLD ITEMS:
Can be delivered on ceramic
dishes, glass platters, and baskets. Subject to
an additional charge of $19.95.
HOT ITEMS:
Items can be delivered in
the following manner: ~ Cold with heating
instructions ~ Hot with chaffi ng dishes, subject
to an additional charge of $29.95 ~ With a chef
who will heat on site and display on ceramic
and glass platters, subject to an additional
charge of $32 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Additional service charges may be applicable
based on your specifi c requirements
Pick-up Policy
LUNCH: All non-disposables by
5:00 p.m. same day.
DINNER: All non-disposables by
10:30 a.m. next business day.
Taxes
Menu items do not include 6% GST
and 8% PST.
Payment Methods
We accept Corporate Cheques, Visa,
Mastercard, and American Express.
